About Smeg CTSC21X 21cm Warming Drawer

The Smeg CTSC21X is a 20.5 cm High Warming Drawer used to keep the food and the oven vessels warm. It is made of stainless steel and is finger print proof. This model is the successor of the CT21X warming drawer. The temperature of heating is from 30° to 70°. This 21 cm drawer can be placed compactly in a 60 cm aperture along with a 38 cm oven.

The disappointment in this accessory drawer is the maximum load that is only 20 Kg. fortunately; the warming progress can be checked continuously with the help of the LED even when the door is kept closed. Moreover, to reduce the heat in the machine there is a tangential cooling fan. There are two important functions, automatic timer and minute minder. The timer is supplemented by the minute minder which reminds the users every minute the level of progress in warming and the minute minder works for 10 to 90 minutes.
